My stay at Paradox Hotel Vancouver was pretty great overall. The location was fantastic, being close to Stanley Park and the waterfront. Although the room was a bit on the smaller side and I had some issues with housekeeping, the modern amenities and really good service made the experience enjoyable.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spotless and filled with high-tech features like touchpad controls for lights and temperature, though I found the space a bit tight for both of us with the stuff we had.
Service
8.0
The staff were some of the friendliest I've encountered. They were attentive and helpful, doing their best to make my stay pleasant despite some minor hiccups with housekeeping.
Location
10.0
The location was perfect, just a short walk to dining, shops, and parks. I couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore the city.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were a letdown, as breakfast was pricey and limited, making it tough to grab something simple. Room service was an option, but it didn't feel practical in my small room.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had great facilities, including room service and a range of amenities. However, I didn’t get to fully enjoy them because of issues with housekeeping.

My stay at Paradox Hotel was great overall. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel at home, but I did encounter some cleanliness issues in my room. The view from my room was fantastic, and the high-tech amenities added a luxurious touch. However, I wish the spa had offered a better experience for the price I paid.

Rooms
10.0
I loved my room, especially the huge tub and the two bathrooms, which made entertaining friends easy. The high-tech features and amazing view were absolute highlights.
Service
10.0
The staff was really good throughout my stay, always smiling and ready to help. They even went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, which made me feel special.
Location
8.0
The location was quite convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. There were a few challenges finding my way around, but generally, I had no issues.
Dining
9.0
Dining options were excellent, with a fantastic buffet that featured delicious meats and fresh products. I thoroughly enjoyed the in-room dining as well!
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were luxurious, from room service to valet parking. However, I did find the spa experience lacking compared to the price and my expectations.

I had a pleasant stay at Paradox Hotel in downtown Vancouver, with clean and modern rooms and friendly staff. However, my experience was marred by some service inconsistencies, especially with valet assistance. Overall, it's a solid choice, but there are areas for improvement.

Rooms
8.0
My room was very large and had a classy deco, though there were some small annoyances like a noisy electronics box and curtains that wouldn’t close properly. The bed linens and bathroom amenities were lovely, adding a nice touch.
Service
7.0
While I found most of the staff to be very friendly and professional, my encounter with the valet service was disappointing. They did not handle the high-traffic situation with the expected attentiveness, which was a letdown for a luxury hotel.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. It truly is a great base for any city adventure.
Dining
6.0
I had high hopes for the dining experience, but I found the service to be slower than expected and the quality of the breakfast buffet was lacking. Room service offers a decent option, but it felt below standard.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offers nice amenities such as room service, a well-maintained gym, and valet parking. However, I didn't feel all the facilities lived up to a five-star standard.

My stay at Paradox Hotel Vancouver was largely fantastic. The room was stunning and well-appointed, making my time there comfortable and relaxing. The only downside was the occasional wait time for service in the Karma Lounge, which detracted slightly from the otherwise perfect experience.

Rooms
10.0
The Paradox King Room with Spa Bath was incredibly spacious and luxurious. I loved the smart room features like the control panel for lights and temperature. Plus, the floor-to-ceiling windows provided a jaw-dropping view of the city!
Service
9.0
The staff were super friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Every time I walked in or out, they greeted me with a smile, which really enhanced my experience.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is spot on, just a short walk from all the downtown activities and the waterfront. It made morning jogs to grab coffee from nearby spots so easy and enjoyable.
Dining
8.0
While I enjoyed the Karma Lounge, I found the service there a bit hit or miss. One night, we had to track down some waitstaff to get the bill after waiting quite a while, which was frustrating.
Facilities
9.0
The amenities were great. I loved the pool and hot tub, and housekeeping kept my room immaculately clean and tidy during my stay.

I recently spent a couple of nights at Paradox Hotel Vancouver, and while the staff was courteous and the service was attentive, there were several issues that detracted from my overall experience. The location is great, providing easy access to downtown attractions, but my room had noticeable signs of wear and tear, which was disappointing. I enjoyed some aspects of the hotel but ultimately left feeling a bit let down. 🌆😞

Rooms
5.0
My room was spacious and had a comfortable king bed, but it showed wear with stains and scratches, which detracted from the overall luxurious feel. Additionally, I had trouble with the TV and tub functionality, which were not resolved promptly.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and genuinely eager to help, offering assistance with my luggage and providing insightful recommendations for nearby attractions. However, there were moments when the response from management felt inadequate regarding my concerns about room issues.
Location
9.0
The hotel is conveniently located near key attractions, such as Stanley Park and Robson Street, making it easy to explore the area. There’s also a grocery store nearby, which was a helpful find during my stay.
Dining
6.0
While the lobby bar offered decent drinks, the overall dining options were limited in variety and quality compared to other hotels of this caliber. I hoped for more healthy choices and better meal options during my stay.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel provided basic facilities like valet parking and room service, but I found the business center lacking in functionality and comfort. The amenities available weren’t up to the premium standard I expected for this brand.
